Au Pair USA
Au Pair is cultural exchange program offering U.S. host families the unique opportunity to experience live-in childcare provided by an international au pair in America. Au pairs live with their host family and learn about life in the United States in exchange for providing childcare for the host family’s children.
Au pairs are caring, live-in child-care providers between the ages of 18 and 26 who live as an extended member of their host family. Au pairs receive room, board and a small stipend.
Au Pair USA offers young adults from around the world the unique opportunity to live and work in the United States as an au pair for up to two years. Au pairs can choose from a 12-month program or a 3-month summer au pair program. Au pairs and companions make a commitment to participate in the program for 12 months. Those in good standing at the end of 12 months have an option to apply for an extension of duration of stay to continue their participation an additional 6, 9 or 12 months.
